I would strongly recommend Campbell Moore for selling property -----Does not give up on trying---always remains the same & Focussed-----has great sense of humour which i think is essential but serious when negotiating the sale----Even though took awhile to sell [only 3 months!] he never gave up trying & is able to converse with all walks of life----His attitude always remained the same & never wavered from initial appraisal of house & its value---did not try to talk down price after feedback from clients/Open houses & negotiated well to the end----being an Auctioneer as well a great advantage as no further costs are added to commission----

Campbell worked well for us in a market that had a glut of apartments and finished up selling our property for a little less than we had hoped but we were quite relieved when it was over. Campbell was tenacious, sensitive and knowledgeable in 'dealing' with the manager of the complex and apartment tenant and pursued the buyer firmly but with patience and helpful advice so she could realise that buying the property was within her reach.
