A Wonderful experience with a Dedicated Professional
In August last year, I was about to undertake the daunting task of renovating my home, but before I started I decided to involve a real estate agent to provide some advice on what was needed to maximise the potential of my property. I contacted Ray White at Aspley and Cara Bergmann called me to organise an appointment.
Being a first time seller, I was unsure of what to expect, but Cara immediately put my mind at ease and thoroughly explained the process. She guided me through all the details of what I needed to do and asked me to contact her at any time if I had any questions. I told her that it would be quite awhile before I could take the property to market and that I would let her know when I was ready.
This was the beginning of a long journey and Cara was extremely patient and never intrusive while I completed the renovations that were needed. This was the quality that I found most admiring, as I expected her to probably hound me about the sale, but she never did. I received a couple of emails to check on how things were going and I tried to give her a timeline on how I was tracking.
After about 8 long months, I contacted Cara again, to make an appointment a few weeks before I was ready to go to market. We sat down and went through the process again and she provided a realistic view of what to expect. Cara was extremely professional and never at any stage tried to inflate the price of the property to get the sale, this is what I liked...honesty.
We finally went to market in May, and after 4 days, received an offer that exceeded our expectations. We were over the moon on how quick this happened and it was a fantastic reward at the end of a long 9 months. So much so, we have recommended Cara to all our neighbours if they decide to sell.
I don't usually write reviews but I feel that this experience warrants it. Myself, and my brothers, would like to give a massive thanks to Cara, and her team, for the premium service that they provided.
