Cara was excellent to deal with. At no time did I feel pressured with negotiations. The best aspect of Cara's service was she contacted me when there was another townhouse available in the complex I liked. I'd lost a previous contract there due to my house not selling in the required time. This time my house did sell and I was successful in buying where I had my heart set on. Those kind of follow-ups are what make an excellent agent.

In August last year, I was about to undertake the daunting task of renovating my home, but before I started I decided to involve a real estate agent to provide some advice on what was needed to maximise the potential of my property. I contacted Ray White at Aspley and Cara Bergmann called me to organise an appointment. Being a first time seller, I was unsure of what to expect, but Cara immediately put my mind at ease and thoroughly explained the process. She guided me through all the details of what I needed to do and asked me to contact her at any time if I had any questions. I told her that it would be quite awhile before I could take the property to market and that I would let her know when I was ready. This was the beginning of a long journey and Cara was extremely patient and never intrusive while I completed the renovations that were needed. This was the quality that I found most admiring, as I expected her to probably hound me about the sale, but she never did. I received a couple of emails to check on how things were going and I tried to give her a timeline on how I was tracking. After about 8 long months, I contacted Cara again, to make an appointment a few weeks before I was ready to go to market. We sat down and went through the process again and she provided a realistic view of what to expect. Cara was extremely professional and never at any stage tried to inflate the price of the property to get the sale, this is what I liked...honesty. We finally went to market in May, and after 4 days, received an offer that exceeded our expectations. We were over the moon on how quick this happened and it was a fantastic reward at the end of a long 9 months. So much so, we have recommended Cara to all our neighbours if they decide to sell. I don't usually write reviews but I feel that this experience warrants it. Myself, and my brothers, would like to give a massive thanks to Cara, and her team, for the premium service that they provided.

Cara is just like Hermoine from the Harry Potter world, she knows everything and is literally the best at what she does. We knew pretty must straight away from the interview that she was the REA for us and her strategy worked very well.
