Cara helped us buy our first home together. All the way through the purchase process she went above and beyond helping us- no question was too silly and no time was inconvenient! From the first viewing of our home, when were allowed access to the house for a second time in the same day to let us have another look, through to email responses from Cara at 8pm on Sunday evenings, to arranging for us to enter the property and measure up before settlement. Cara and was fantastic, friendly and professional. The icing on the cake was the lovely bow on our front door when we settled- than you Cara & cheers!!

Despite the time of year Cara managed to organize a contract fairly quickly, with a good final result. Cara worked hard with follow ups from open homes and negotiated a somewhat difficult contract including organizing and liaising with contractors , the buyers and myself.

What a experience we had we did a pre inspection on the Tuesday before our settlement on the Wednesday and asked for some things to to removed as they were broken. Cara said she would contact the owners and ask for them to remove them on moving in on Thursday the items were all still here so I rang Cara and asked for her to organize to have them removed after a few days her husband finally after more phone calls came to remove everything. Cars then told me that the owners didn't have to remove things that they don't want they have every right to leave it all here I told her that is not right and she said it was I fine for them to leave them I think that the real estate people need to sort this out otherwise people will start leaving all rubbish they don't want makes it very hard for the new people moving in. When I ask Cara for a copy of the pool certification she said her husband had done it and it was fine every time I asked for it I finally got a copy emailed to me after 2 weeks of asking for it from a lady called Samantha in the ray white ASPLEY office. Just not a great experience buying for us it had been 22 years since we last bought and she did spoil it for us with all the extra stress she caused.

We could not be happier with the entire sales process with Cara. This sale had several difficult issues to address along the way and Cara stepped up and managed them all, to our satisfaction.
