We utilised Cara to take our property from ex-rental, to makeover with intent to sell, as it was previously our family home. She managed the process for us, which was important as we do not have the time to do so. Overall, she is an agent who I felt comfortable "letting go" to do her thing, without the need for micro managing to to check in to make sure she is on target with the strategy or plan of attack.
