We recently sold our house through Carissa and we were very disappointed with the service we received. In the beginning feedback after opens was poor and we had to complain about it. She crossed a section out of the contract of sale without our written or verbal permission. We had to compensate the purchaser, which cost us money. We trusted Carissa to do the right thing by us, but we felt she didn't. We would not recommend her to anyone.
This is the second home Carissa has sold for me, she even helped me buy my next property also at a fantastic price , Professional service , on time , returns call immediately and takes the stress away from what can be a very stressful time , Thank you Carissa your amazing 10 stars
