I first commenced talking with Carl about 12 months prior to putting our property on the market. I spoke to two other agents and settled on Carl due to his knowledge and professionalism. From the outset I knew he was genuine about wanting to help me, whether it was with him or someone else. Carl, with the help of his mother Donna, developed multiple strategies to reflect the market conditions. To say they went over and above to ensure the property was in the best condition possible is an understatement (I could hardly believe it when I saw Donna cleaning the pool fence and Carl up on the roof cleaning the outsides of the second story windows). Carl and Donna executed their sales strategy perfectly. The property was to be on the market for a relatively short period of time prior to auction, however Carl and Donna's two for one agent approach made this possible - opening numerous times for personal inspections to ensure people could view the property as much as they liked.
