We sold our property from overseas and Carl phoned almost daily to keep us informed on activity around our property but also in detailed context of the market and nearby sales. He followed up with regular written reports so that we never felt out of the loop. Carl provided advice and guidance on key decisions and we always felt that he had our best interests at heart. He worked tirelessly for his vendor but kept all the interested buyers fairly informed so that no one could feel disadvantaged.
