Carl was the agent for the people we bought our new home from. From the outset he was open and frank about how he saw the sale progressing. He gave a realistic price estimate and advised us when an acceptable offer was made prior to auction. While his first obligation was to his vendor we felt he also had our interest in mind. He arranged a private viewing for us at short notice and on his day off to enable us to have a further look at the property prior to making an offer. We recently had the good fortune of selling our family home through Carl. Having sold 2 investment properties in the past, we thought that selling our family home which holds so many family memories was going to be an easy transition (“having sold 2 properties, we were experts by now”) After our first open home inspection the emotional cracks started to show.
