Couldn't speak highely enough of Carl Wilson and Home Real Estate Bronte. This being the first time in 30 years of putting a property on the market, I can safely say my assumed knowledge is not up to speed. We listed a property with great potential due to size of block and location. It also had substantial negatives that could have deterred buyers off. Incorporate a few other distractions along the way and what might not have been sold is sold.... Carl was the kindest and most diligent real estate agent I have dealt with - and there have been a few! We were auctioning my uncle's home in Coogee as he has gone into a nursing home.
