Carl helped the reviewer sell this property

Highly Experienced, Professional, Engaging and a true Gentleman

Carl was, without hesitation, our agent of choice to sell our apartment in Coogee. We had a strong attachment to our home which he understood and was considerate of this, throughout the entire process. His experience was obvious from the outset where he gave a very accurate appraisal of our apartment and went about achieving the best result for us as the vendor. His connections to absolutely every corner of the industry assisted us greatly in every aspect of the sale, from painters to conveyancing, all of whom were exceptional recommendations. This shows the calibre of the reach of the team he has access to. Throughout the campaign, Carl's communication was above and beyond our expectations. He made himself available to us at all times with any questions we had. He was also proactive in keeping us up to date with everything from enquiries about the property to the level of interest at open homes. I am also certain that his communication with all potential buyers/those enquiring of the property, were met with the same exceptional assistance in helping them to buy the property. All of Carl's hard work paid off on auction day where we had a full house and a number of serious bidders which resulted in an excellent sale price for us!
