Of course their job is to get the best price for the seller on the day but we felt that Carla and her team were genuinely interested in us and wanted us to find the right house and be happy in it. Carla has continued to be helpful after the sale and has given us plenty of advice when we've asked for help with a few things. Giving both the adults and kids housewarming gifts was a lovely touch.
