We are in Melbourne, so selling a Unit in Bulimba QLD., had us worried. Different rules, regulations and not being there, were a concern. We had an initial, in person, meeting with Carla, and found she put us at ease. From then on Carla took over, liaising with the tenant, and Manager of the complex, to allow buyers to view the unit.
