Carla was very good. An enormous help working with us, developing and implementing a house preparation and selling strategy. She is very knowledgeable and experienced especially in this location. We were a bit surprised by the shallowness of the interest in our property, and that was reflected in the final price, which was at the low end of our expectations range. Having said that, I thought Carla was transparent, professional, and thorough in her negotiations on our behalf.
