Outstanding results!

After living at this home for 17 years, it was time to move on with a growing family and emotions were high. The property had so many offerings for future owners to either enjoy the spacious lawns and gardens, knock down and rebuild a new home, knock down and build 2 homes or renovate..... many of the agents we initially approached were looking at the easy option of valuing and conditioning us to "developers" wholesale pricing and not genuinely embracing the other suitable options that would obtain a higher price. Carla not only took this route but exceeded our expectations and for this, we rate Carla's ability to see the bigger picture and respect the properties multiple offerings that delivered the best outcome highly.
