It was a pleasure to buy a property through Carlo. The house was listed while I was away for work, but I instantly liked what I saw online. After a couple of phone calls with Carlo, he offered to give me a virtual tour via FaceTime so I could get a feel for the layout. On the day of the open house, my wife attended the inspection and introduced herself to Carlo. She was extremely happy with how Carlo took extra time and effort to answer all her questions and show her around even as other visitors were leaving. Once our offer was accepted, all the contract and settlement processes were much easier than I had expected.
