It was a pleasure to buy a property through Carlo. The house was listed while I was away for work, but I instantly liked what I saw online. After a couple of phone calls with Carlo, he offered to give me a virtual tour via FaceTime so I could get a feel for the layout. On the day of the open house, my wife attended the inspection and introduced herself to Carlo. She was extremely happy with how Carlo took extra time and effort to answer all her questions and show her around even as other visitors were leaving. Once our offer was accepted, all the contract and settlement processes were much easier than I had expected. Carlo was very professional to deal with, had great communication skills, and was extremely friendly and always well presented. Carlo went absolutely above and beyond for us when selling our house. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area, he made sure the house was always perfectly presented for home opens (even doing a couple bunnings trips for us) and was on the ball with communication from beginning to end. We appreciate having him as our agent through this process and would definately use him again.
