I have dealt with a lot of agents and Carlo is a step ahead of the rest. Why? Well, he not only understands how to be a very good real estate agent, but he understands everything to do with finance and building due to his background, so when he is selling a new home, new build, he is a superstar. The other agents, to be quite frank, look like a bunch of wood ducks compared to Carlo. He knows everything and therefore is able to sell and provide solutions to the buyer and seller, that in my experience no other agents can provide.
