From the moment I met Carlo, I found him to be a very humble man. The day I signed up with Carlo, he went full steam ahead contacting buyers, opening for inspections etc. Carlo is a dedicated person who strives on getting success and achieving goals for the vendors including me. He was communicating with me from the start and still is now. His skills I rate very high. I’ll definitely be calling Carlo in the near future when it comes to me buying a property. There is nothing easy about buying a first home to live in these days - financial challenges aside, getting the right advice and expertise is essential and the potential pitfalls are many for the uninitiated. I'd assumed an agent wouldn't work so hard to balance my priorities as a buyer with those of the vendor but was soon to realise this wasn't the case with Carlo Puglia. He was quick to understand my concerns and communicate those of the vendor, he would follow up discussions and give regular updates and answered my many questions regarding the contract of sale (and even put me in touch with a building/pest inspector and conveyancer). His negotiation skills are outstanding, as is his patience and tact. Taking this huge step towards home ownership now seems to have been far less stressful than I had anticipated - and for this I must thank Carlo.

As a first home buyer, me and my partner felt that all agents looked at us as a dollar number. When doing inspections, they would ask us for our phone numbers before our names and would not care about what we were looking for or answering questions. We found that lots of agents didn’t even know basic information about the houses they were selling (e.g.: when was it last re-blocked). Carlo was a complete game changer for us. We met him at an inspection and clicked with him straight away after a brief chat. We met him for the second time at the same property a week later and asked if we could have his details to chat about other homes Barry Plant Sunshine had on the market He took the time to understand our needs and budget – my partner and I work from home and have specific requirements to be met as well as a specific budget. What surprised us about Carlo is that all properties he presented us stuck to brief. He was not trying to just sell anything to us; he was helping us find the right home. We arranged a date to visit 4 houses with him. If a house was too noisy/small/big/etc. he would note it for future recommendations and not push. He gave us insight on what he thought and followed up. We did a lot of research on our end and decided to book an inspection for one of those 4 properties. Carlo helped us set up the time for it even though he was not the property manager. After knowing that everything with the house was in good conditions, we decided to go to auction. Carlo was not the auctioneer but he was there on the day. He was fantastic giving us support while also giving us space to make decisions. He was helpful, never pushy and made the whole process extremely easy. Now we have a home we love and a great experience with him. Not only we HIGHLY recommend him as buyers but no doubt he will also be the first person we will go to when we decide to sell. Carlo's demeanour is very calm and that comes through with his approach. Through the whole process he was always on the phone with a report as to what was happening with the property. Sometimes even twice weekly. You cannot go wrong with choosing Carlo as your real estate agent!!
