The most hard working agent

I could not recommend Carlo highly enough, he has successfully sold our property which another agent failed to do 2 years ago when the market was better. The difference was that Carlo has done a lot of works behind the scene, he knows what type of renovation we need to attract buyers, he knows our property inside and out, he was well prepared for each opening, , understands each buyer's interest and preferences. His analysis of the market was spot on before the auction. All those were done with lots of hard work that us vendors don't often see.
