Carlos is very knowledgeable of the property market and is friendly and professional to work with. He was able to sell my property after only three weeks which is a testament to his skills in this current property down turn. Carlos was great during the price negotiation and counter offer process and I was happy with the end sale price. During the process Carlos kept the communication going from start to finish. I spoke to Carlos a year prior to making the decision to sell and I was very impressed with his knowledge of the local area, as well as his input and advice on how to get the best price for the property. He did not push for a quick sale and immediate engagement of his services, and I already knew after that conversation, that when I was ready to sell, he would be the best agent. Once we put the property on the market, Carlos marketed it intensively to make the most of it being a new listing, and within a couple of weeks had a cash price I was happy with. Sale and settlement within a month of putting it on the market :-) And Chloe, who is on his team, kept things running like clockwork - such a pleasure to deal with!

We listed our vacant land with Carlos. We have used Carlos previously and it was a no brainer to use him again to sell our block. Carlos reached a record price for our block and this did not surprise us. He negotiated with numerous buyers and got us a price that was beyond our expectation. He always has our best interest at heart and his integrity is second to none. In a world of Real Estate agents that unfortunately do not always have their clients best interest at heart, and just after the "next sale" Carlos has proven he does not work this way.
