He did not push for a quick sale and immediate engagement of his services, and I already knew after that conversation, that when I was ready to sell, he would be the best agent. Once we put the property on the market, Carlos marketed it intensively to make the most of it being a new listing, and within a couple of weeks had a cash price I was happy with.
