This is the second time we have asked Carly to assist us with the sale of family property; firstly with my Mother's home and now with my Aunt's home. We were absolutely delighted with the result that Carly obtained the first time around with my Mother's home and never even considered having anyone else handle the sale of our Aunt's home. She contacted all the relevant parties (my aunt's home was being rented through another agency) including the tenant, our conveyancer and the other agency and engaged them in a mutually co-operative and beneficial plan to achieve a sale with the least inconvenience and disruption to all.
