She also understood the property, and was able to offer suggestions to buyers on other opportunities for the property (eg, creating 3rd bedroom) to make it more attractive, as well as understanding the benefits of the property in terms of location, size, attractiveness and many other features. Carmen was very professional, respectful and friendly to all the prospective buyers. An example of this was at the auction, she was able to greet all potential buyers by name and understood their situation and advise accordingly. It was evident that all the prospective buyers trusted her implicitly and were very keen to hear her perspective, and that is also a key point in my dealing with Carmen, she is completely open and has great integrity and I also trusted her implicitly. Carmen has done an outstanding job selling a studio apartment in Potts Point for me in June 2019, during a time when the Sydney Property market was in a condition where selling was extremely difficult.
