As buyers we were so impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of Carmen and her whole team. Carmen and Troy were very patient as we adjusted to the slightly different buying processes compared to what we were used to and her warmth, knowledge and responsiveness is what actually got us over the line. We had actually given up on the process on other properties due to the other agents being wedded to red tape (coming from NSW, we were quite bemused at so much paperwork simply to make an offer) whereas Carmen held our hand and consequently got the sale. Those other agents didn't just leave money on the table, they left the whole sale on the table - astounding. Carmen also introduced us to Bridget from Vision Money and that was the best thing we ever did. We had pre-approval from ING but when it came time to proceed their approval times were ridiculous and made a mockery of the whole pre-approval process. Bridget had us sorted in 48hrs with Macquarie Bank and answered every call and text, compared to the regular 40min phone wait time with ING. And it didn't end there, Carmen met us herself at the pre-settlement inspection and when settlement was requested to be extended (another thing we definitely were not used to) Carmen's calmness, willingness to get answers and great communication settled our nerves. And so here we are, just settled in The Gap and looking forward to seeing her around The Gap village. Go with Carmen wherever possible, you won't be sorry.
