Carmen is the most professional, personable and caring Real Estate agent my wife and I have ever dealt with in 15 years of owning and selling houses. As residents of The Gap, where Carmen also resides, we were keen to stay in the area, so when a house appeared on the market that Carmen was selling (and that we loved), we were very keen to buy ... there was only one problem: we had to sell our existing property before we could put in an offer. Carmen knew our house, our street and said she knew a couple who would be interested - and she was right! Within two days, we'd had an offer on our home, so we put an offer I non our new purchase. And they accepted! Four weeks later, we moved in to our new home - as both the purchase and the sale settled on the same day! Carmen hand-held us through this unusual and tricky process, answered all our questions, recommended good solitictors, cleaners and builders - and her recommendations have all been excellent (and will be people we will continue to use). Interestingly, Carmen told us she is in the business to build long term relationships with clients, and that's what she's built with us - as we will be calling Carmen when it comes time to sell. Oh, and the champagne and pressies at settlement were an unexpected bonus! Thank you Carmen, you have made my wife and boys very happy.

I initially met Carmen 10 months ago when contemplating the sale of a house. After the initial chat about the property, she helped formulate an idea I had about subdivision as an alternative proposition. After the subdivision was complete I contemplated selling the vacant land myself in order "save costs", as how hard can it be to sell a block of land ! Observing the effort Carmen put in over 4 weeks to achieve a great result was amazing. I discovered a block of land that was available in The Gap on the Friday before a final call for 'best offer' on the Monday by 10 am. However, I was unaware of this condition as I was trying to make my decision re purchase. A relative noticed this once I had made up my mind. I rand Stephen Dangerfield because I had been dealing with him and he suggested I call Carmen. I called her on the Saturday afternoon but we missed calls. I tried again on a few occasions unsuccessfully on the Sunday but couldn't get a response. I had thought that there was not going to be enough time for the purchase to happen. However, on the Monday morning, we were able to connect and the office was able to send me out a contract. I rang the Council and Utilities to check possible Emcumbrances and filled out the contract and returned it. Carmen helped me to refine it to make it as competitive as I could and visited me on a few occasions so that I could sign off on amendments. I am pleased to say that I now have a block of land to begin a new chapter in my life. Thanks to a very helpful team !
