Carmen was absolutely amazing in our process. We had quite a complication with our purchase, as we were non-residents at the time, and she patiently took us through everything. She helped facilitate discussions such that we could have a special conditions put on our home purchase, while we waited for residency. Would love to be serviced by Carmen again, except I love my house too much to consider buying another again :-)
