We didn't actually meet Carmen. We worked through Claire Webster and she was very helpful and supportive. I know that Carmen assisted Claire in the process which went smoothly. There was one condition that the solicitor said we should have had included. It was regarding the city council and the possibility of road widening etc. it is very hard to rate Carmen when we have never met her. Therefore our ratings are for Claire Webster.
