I can’t speak highly enough of Carmen and the team behind her. Carmen is a quietly spoken calm and very polite lady. She inspires everyone around her with her pleasing personality. She was spot on with her window of what final price the house would fetch at auction and between the open house inspections communication with me was excellent. I am very happy with the final price.
