We sold are home at a time when the market was all over the place with yet another interest rate rise. Carmen is so knowledgeable about the property market, ways to maximise our sale price and get people to open house events. We were astonished at the amount of people who viewed our property and Carmen's commitment to help us through the challenges of selling a home during an economic downturn. As with any home, a few challenges arose as we were trying to get it ready for the market. Carmen and her team went well above and beyond to help us get the house ready, we really don't think we would have hit the necessary timeliness without their help. We have bought and sold many houses but never sold by Auction. Initially we were hesitant to do such, given the downturn in the market. Yet Carmen and her team persuaded us it was the right approach and as such we sincerely believe we got the maximum price possible with so much uncertainty in the market. Moving home is never easy but the experience we received through Team Carmen ( they are all amazing), made it as painless as possible. Constantly checking in, even offering to help pack and clean even though we were fine to do so ourselves.
