A superb customer service experience

I have valued Carmen’s advice for over ten years. Recently Carmen led the sales campaign for our home in Jillinda Place, The Gap. Carmen has a very powerful, professional team, Helga and Troy were heavily involved too and we were impressed with the delegation of tasks and the overall team work. As we were travelling we just handed over the keys and let them work their magic. During a meeting with Carmen one year before the selection process we were given excellent advice on how to prepare the house for sale via Reno work etc to attract buyers at the $2M Plus price point which is quite niche for 4061. Over a twelve month period we prepared the house. We went to market before Easter and Carmen secured a sale within our target range in a short space of time. Carmen and her team’s Coms skills were phenomenal as it was all quite pacy. Overall our goals were achieved via the sales outcome and I didn’t fully realise at the time how much value was being added every step of the way. I do now. Carmen is a true professional, charming, knows the market and via her razor sharp, precision negotiation skills can extract the maximum value from a property sale without rushing you. Also, she is fun to work with and that helps in what could be a stressful process but with Carmen and her team the experience was more like an upper/ business class flight versus economy [without the jet lag] Thank you Carmen, Troy, Helga and the rest of the team we are and will be forever grateful.
