We’d had a previous good experience with Carmen, my daughter bought her first property through Carmen, so we chose Carmen to sell our family unit. Carmen and her team gave us sensible advice in preparing the unit to reflect the current market. They were attentive, prompt with communication and kept us informed each week. Selling in the midst of Covid, borders being closed, then reopening, then Xmas was a roller coaster experience but Carmen provided us with reassurance that our plan was solid.
