Fantastic Agent!

Carol-Anne is a brilliant real estate agent. She was very knowledgeable about the market and kept me really well informed at each stage of the process. I felt I could completely trust her with the process and she also managed the renovations (painting, re-carpeting) as well as the staging and photos prior to having the open homes. This was fantastic as I was selling my apartment while I was overseas and not able to undertake these aspects directly. Carol-Anne is also a brilliant negotiator and can close the deal. She worked hard to get me the best possible price even when the market was tapering off. I highly recommend Carol-Anne.
