Carol Parrington

This was my first time selling in the ACT and so I knew nothing about the local sale process. Carol fortunately was there to assist me and guide me through the process. She would make practical suggestions for improving the sale and additionally reassure me throughout the process. A hallmark of a good agent perhaps is best demonstrated by tenacity and tireless energy. In this regard, Carol has shown an abundance of it all. The sale was especially stressful for me as I was away the entire time and thus unable to attend to many details. Carol however was unfazed by the complexity of things and she would go the extra mile to help me out, for example by helping me attend to tasks relating to the property. Most importantly, Carol has proven herself to be highly effective. Carol delivered a result which was beyond my expectation and she had done so by demonstrating the fundamentals of a good agent i.e. handling potential buyers with integrity, outright hard work, and overall with great client service. I have seen my fair share of real estate agents and Carol has proven herself to be of a cut above all the other agents that I have met. Going forward, I will be sure to recommend her to others. With her attention to detail and client service, I have no doubt that she will excel as she did with my sale.
