Hi all :-) It is my pleasure to write a review of Carol Summerlin. Carol was quick off the mark and the first agent to contact me when i started making enquiries online about top performing agents in the western suburbs of Brisbane. What sets Carol apart from other agents i feel is her warm and friendly personality. She seems very authentic and honest. I had been through a tough time in the last 2 yrs and had got to the point where i needed to leave my previous life behind including my much loved house and build a new life over the border . I felt so comfortable with Carol and supported by her, despite never meeting her in person. All our dealings were by phone, text or email. She really was so kind and compassionate towards me, which i really needed at the time and greatly appreciated. It was her kind and warm approach that won her the job of selling my house! She is very professional, has a wealth of knowledge and motivated. Her team kept me up to date at all times with detailed feedback via email regarding the results of all open houses. When it came to the nitty gritty and we had a buyer, Carol was very prompt with all communication to me about progress of the sale. We first met Carol Summerlin at an open house when she was marketing a unit in Riviera Villas where we owned an investment property. We were impressed with her pleasant disposition, excellent communication skills and market knowledge; it was clearly evident Carol was 100% committed to the job the vendors had entrusted her with. I wasn't surprised to receive a phone call from Carol the following day to ascertain if we had any further interest in the property. I had to confess we were just nosy neighbours, not prospective buyers.... she wasn't put off by that and thanked us for attending the open house. Fast forward a few months I received a phone call from Carol to say she had sold the neighbour's unit however she had a client looking to purchase within Riviera Villas and asked if we were interested in selling. Selling your home !! What could have been a very stressful time turned into a quite relaxed and even enjoyable one , thanks to Carol .
