But most importantly, she just works so hard to close the sale. She was chasing people up at all hours, dropping contracts around at convenient times for us, and all backed up by lots of communications. Thoroughly recommend Carol.
Carol was very proactive and deliberative in every detail of getting my property ready for sale. She was caring and compassionate to both my needs and the people's needs who were interested in purchasing the property. She keep me informed of any detail as soon as it happened which was especially important as I live in NSW and the property was in QLD. I never meet Carol due living in another state, however she created an atmosphere of trust and reliability.
