I first met Carol when she was selling a neighbouring property, and my first impressions were positive. When we decided to sell, Carol gave a realistic appraisal which matched our own view. Viewings were organised around the holiday rental bookings. The value of keeping in touch with earlier viewers was proven when, although the first contract fell through, Carol notified one of the first batch of viewers, who eventually bought the property. Carol was highly proactive throughout the process, and is recommended. My only slight criticism is that, on a couple of occasions, communications came through Carol that I would have expected through the solicitors, and this was a bit confusing. In the end, we achieved our target sale price in a relatively short period, so we were very happy with the outcome.
