Okay, so we can only give Carole five stars but she went above and beyond for us so we are giving her 6 stars. From start to finish Carole has been the ultimate professional and through her excellent negotiation skills achieved a sale price which was much greater than we expected in the current market. She knows all the right people from the fantastic photographer, the excellent electrician to the really good settlement agent. It's a one stop shop! I found Carole a very personable lady, always making you feel welcome without being pushy ( the type you want to sell your home) Great virtual staging as arranged by Carole, lots of regular updates & feedback in regards to feed back from clients throughout. My home was opened for inspection every weekend & available for private inspection or 2nd viewing as requested The house took far longer to sell & at a lot lower price then expected but i believe this wasdue more to cautious clients & the current economic climate then Caroles ability to secure the sell
