I found Carole very professional at all times. Carole is very attentive to detail, and she is friendly, yet professional. She tells it like it is so you always know where you stand. She kept us up to date with feedback about how each home open was going. She followed up with each potential buyer and this ultimately lead to the sale of our property. Everything is done online or via messaging which was a change for us having not sold a property in quite a long time. Once we adjusted to this everything was a smooth transition. Carole was always available to answer questions and we received a weekly marketing report so we always knew how our property was performing in relation to other available properties in the same suburb. We have mixed emotions about selling our beloved family home but feel Carole was able to get us the best possible price in the current real estate climate. She knew the area well with recent sales in the area fuelling our confidence. She clearly understands the real estate industry and is a people person who has been friendly, responsive and honest throughout all of our dealings.
