During our search for a new home, we met Carole who represented the house we eventually bought. We found her to be extremely helpful and trustworthy. Although it was obviously in her interest to 'sell'' she knew her stuff, was realistic and didn't give us the usual sales pitch that was bent on selling rather than seeing and meeting our needs.
