During our search for a new home, we met Carole who represented the house we eventually bought. We found her to be extremely helpful and trustworthy. Although it was obviously in her interest to 'sell'' she knew her stuff, was realistic and didn't give us the usual sales pitch that was bent on selling rather than seeing and meeting our needs. When we saw a fault she was helpful and also made sure it was fixed. If we were to sell the house, Carole would be the first agent we would turn to.

From the outset Carole's sales pitch to get the contract stood out from the others - head and shoulders. Slight differences set her firm apart and she sold herself well. My wife was equally impressed and we had dealt with many others. It's a tough market but Carole stuck with our expectations, peppered with guiding commentary but ultimately she achieved a bracket milestone that others had said couldn't be achieved. From the beginning Carole gave us great advice in preparing the property for sale.. Not going over the top but having it neat and presentable.. We would have been more indecisive in what to do. Carole was excellent in her approach to selling our house. There was no immediate price - "let's see what the market decides" was her advice so we had a home open where people were asked what they thought the house was worth and what they would pay for it. From there we had an idea of what the asking price should be. Carole had home open every week, which I must admit was taxing because we had to clear everything away and all evidence of Harry, our beagle. But it all paid off - sold in 5 Home Opens. Carole followed everyone up and when we had an offer she negotiated on our behalf and did all the checks. We would certainly recommend her and wouldn't hesitate in asking her to be our agent again.
