From the beginning Carole gave us great advice in preparing the property for sale.. Not going over the top but having it neat and presentable.. We would have been more indecisive in what to do. After this Carole managed the marketing and sale with minimal fuss but worked professionally both for us and the buyer.. It was really refreshing to deal with an agent that was really looking at the best interests for both parties.. Carole was excellent in her approach to selling our house. There was no immediate price - "let's see what the market decides" was her advice so we had a home open where people were asked what they thought the house was worth and what they would pay for it. From there we had an idea of what the asking price should be. Carole had home open every week, which I must admit was taxing because we had to clear everything away and all evidence of Harry, our beagle. But it all paid off - sold in 5 Home Opens. Carole followed everyone up and when we had an offer she negotiated on our behalf and did all the checks. We would certainly recommend her and wouldn't hesitate in asking her to be our agent again.

Carole had the price of my property spot on, when other agents were lowballing to get a quick Listing and easy sale.
