right, i dont normally bother with these things as im a busy boy..but i would like to briefly explain why im bothering.. i had a nitemare situation of a marriage split,i chose Caroline for her bubbly personality when she amoungst others came to value the house, not only did she get the house on the market the next day, but secured a buying within 2 weeks, even if they did view 3 times ha ha..throughout the whole process i found her a pleasure to deal with in all aspects and anyone who knows me, knows i dont say that about many people, even lending an ear about my marriage breakup, and photocopying a few shhets of gumpfff to say me aving to go to the library.. also i must add at the same time as the house sold managed to get me a house a spitting distance from the school where my kids attend, even after i ad previously mucked her about, putting an offer in on another house, that well without babbling further fell through my end.....well excuse my lack of punction, but u get the messege if i buy or sell a house.. ill use no other and thats a fact.. cheers big ears greg donno...
