We have known Caroline for a couple of years after looking for properties in the Greenwood area. After attending some of the home opens in the area, we knew we wanted Caroline to sell our property- she was always very professional, knowledgeable and one of the best in the business in our opinion. Caroline knew the market/stock well even though we were in an unknown time of covid uncertainty- even gave us advice on how to optimise the sale whilst renovating. Caroline knew how to price the house online in order to bring in the buyers, and was also persistent in getting the price we wanted and negotiating with potential buyers. Carolines assistant Maddy was also fantastic to deal with, great communication and very responsive to our questions/ queries. Our house was sold pretty quickly at a price we wanted and we were very happy with the whole process. I couldn’t recommend Caroline and Maddy enough. Overall our experience with Caroline was very good. There are some administrative/organisational areas that neat tightening up, but we would go with her again. She stands out amongst a bad bunch of RE agents in Perth.
