Carolyn was very professional, friendly and pleasant to deal with. There were some issues with our contract which delayed settlement by one month, which left my Mum with extra expenses and after some negotiation the Buxton Dingley office, they agreed to cover. Being that this was their first strata title retirement village contract, there were a few contract hiccups discovered just prior to settlement but thankfully everything worked out in the end and I think we all learned some valuable lessons along the way. My advise would be to get everything in writing and stay in constant contact with your conveyancer as in my experience, it appeared that they had left everything till the last minute where they finally picked up contract errors too late.
