We were extremely fortunate to have Carolyn guide us through selling our first home. Carolyn put a plan together several months before going to market and it well and truly paid off. We were impressed with her market knowledge and grateful for the extra time she took to explain everything to us as first time sellers. Carolyn's work ethic truly amazed us and we thoroughly enjoyed having her on our journey!

From the beginning when we arrived from Townsville to Perth to look at a selection of homes in the area, it wasn't just the house we were impressed with, it was also Agent Carolyn. You can tell just how passionate she is about her job. When we went back to Townsville, we were always kept in the loop with the progress of the sale. Unfortunatly, we encountered some stress just before our settlement date that was due to the owners. I wont go into detail, but Carolyn went above and beyond to help us resolve this issue. I told my friends and family about Carolyn and they agreed how awesome it was of her to help us. To be perfectly honest, I can't think of one agent that would have done what she did to help us. Most agents would forget you existed once property settles and they receive their commission, but not Carolyn. She knew how hard of a time we were having after our interstate transfer, and her kindness and compassion saved us much heartache. Carolyn, I can't thank you enough. I have encountered many dodgy agents in the past, and if you are a buyer or seller especially in the Swan Area then do not hesitate to choose Carolyn for your agent. Going by the other reviews, sounds like there are a lot of other very satisfied buyers and sellers

Carolyn understood our needs and with her local knowledge this made selling our home a lot easier than I first thought. Her passion and drive was second to none and she ensured that our needs were meet. Selling a home can be a stressful event but I can say this wasn't the case due to Carolyn keeping us informed of what was happening. I would recommend her to anyone looking at buying or selling.

Carolyn was so open with her communication from the minute we were in touch about our new property, and with her friendly personality, it just made the entire process easy. Ours was a long winded purchase due to the banks, but Carolyn was incredibly understanding and helped us all the way through our buy. We felt so connected with Carolyn, and loved her transparency, high communication skills, as well as that wonderful smile of hers. She made every effort to ensure our experience purchasing the biggest investment of our lives was the best possible, and we couldn't be happier with her.

Carolyn has been and excellent agent both buying and selling as we purchased 7 Shetland Drive through her 3 years ago and she was the only choice for us when it come time to sell. The price we obtained was much higher that other agents put forward as the selling price and her market knowledge is clearly better than most in the area. We were never unsure about what was happening as we were kept informed all the way and Carolyn's feedback was always honest and open and she was never afraid to give us and uncomfortable news from a buyer. Carolyn was great when we were preparing to get our house ready for the market all the do's and don'ts which I think we followed really well. We noticed this after the photos were taken how amazing the house really looked and also whilst looking for properties to purchase how poorly people setup their homes for display. Although the market at the time wasn't the best we received pretty close to what we were willing to take for it and it wasn't on the market for too long. Overall a pretty good experience !
