The first property didn't work out for us however rest assured Prash did not disappoint and he came back to us with another property. Upon viewing we put our offer in straight away and from there we got the ball rolling with the offer being accepted and then proceeding to move forward with the property sale. Prash did not disappoint no request was too much trouble. He would query it on our behalf and then get back to me straight away. With Prash you have no concerns with him getting back to you as he is very attentive and will respond as soon as convenient, usually the same day.
