We met Carolyn at the open house of a property we were interested in. From the very beginning and then throughout the entire process she was so easy to deal with. We'd never had anything to do with an auction before and were pretty intimidated by the thought of it but Carolyn's warm and friendly character as well as her great knowledge on the process (she didn't make me feel like any question I had was silly) and the property made us feel at ease.
