We met Carolyn at the open house of a property we were interested in. From the very beginning and then throughout the entire process she was so easy to deal with. We'd never had anything to do with an auction before and were pretty intimidated by the thought of it but Carolyn's warm and friendly character as well as her great knowledge on the process (she didn't make me feel like any question I had was silly) and the property made us feel at ease. We probably would have counted ourselves out of the race very early on if it wasn't for Carolyn. In the days leading up to the auction she was in touch with us to make sure we were ready and also helped calm our nerves on the day. Luckily we were successful at the auction and a large part of that is thanks to Carolyn.

Carolyn has excellent knowledge of the area and was not "in your face" whilst you were familiarising yourself with the property etc. However, once we were ready to ask questions she had all the answers and did her best to make us comfortable with the decisions we had to make . she did a great job for her Vendors and us as the buyers.
