As with most people selling a property, we shopped around and engaged Cary after his presentation and plan to sell our property. Both a conveyancer and display furniture company was suggested which we also engaged. Both companies were excellent and made the process that much easier. We had 4 open homes just prior to the lock down of Covid-19 and were lucky to receive an offer slightly lower than what we had planned. Cary was able to negotiate a little more on the initial price which I feel was a win win for both the purchaser and ourselves.
