Cary was personable from the onset when we met. He was able to offer market perspective and of recent buyer's sentiment in the area, which was really helpful. He was diligent with hand-over before he went on holiday, and kept me regularly updated as the 2nd half of the sale process I was abroad.
After going through an unsuccessful campaign with another agency I was worried about the chance of selling my place and dealing with agents in general. As soon as I appointed Cary and his team all my concerns went away. He successfully negotiated me a top price, beyond what I expected and really fast. After selling and buying properties, I’m not a huge fan of agents but I must say Cary has changed my point of view. He is a straight talking, straight shooter! What you see if what you get and it’s good! He DELIVERS! He communicates and follows through. He says it how it is, so refreshing!
