Casey was the second agent I have used to sell properties this year and after having a bad experience with the first agent who was from one of the well known agencies, Casey did well. When selecting an agent go with one who knows your area. Casey knows his areas well (North Side Brisbane) and is great value (commission) compared to most other agents. I found in looking for an agent none of the other agencies did anything special to justify their high commissions? I would sell with Casey and Go-Gecko again.

Before listing my house for sale we interviewed 6 agents in my local area and even investigated selling the property myself. Before meeting Casey I was wary of Real Estate Agents and didn't have a very good impression of them nor trust them. Thankfully Casey has now changed my opinion. Casey was a stand out, his communication style, friendliness but most importantly he is over the top, he was happy to facilitate my suggestions and address any concerns. Most importantly he wasn't pushy!. When choosing Go Gecko I was concerned that having capped commission would mean I would get less service and the agent would not try and get the right price. This was very wrong! I got better service from Casey than I had from a other non capped, full price agents. Casey sold my house quickly, his negotiation skills are amazing and he achieved a sale price at the top end of my goal. Post sale he has been very helpful guiding me through the rocky process to making my sale unconditional . Do yourself a favour and appoint Casey as your agent, you won't regret it. My dealings with Casey have been nothing less than exceptional. The house price was negotiated over the weekend (sunday) and he was always available. Honest and straight forward is exactly what you get with Casey which is a much needed relief. Communication was outstanding, easy to talk to and resolved any issues with the seller straight away.
