Got what I wanted..a quick sale. However there was insufficient time to get a quote for the repairs from another carpenter. The rather detailed report should have separated the essentials from the mundane eg stair modification to meet current Australian standards are very different from normal wear & tear( worn carpet). After all, most of the latter are factored in the mind of the buyer's knowledge of the purchase price. I had only a brief time to assemble documentation and forward it to cloud legal a few days before Nov.17.

Initially with their brand name, was concerned about a "quick sale" rather than pushing for my needs, however quickly I realized patience and their thought process was genuine and superior to the people I had dealt with previously. Casey in particular was always on time, usually texted a few mins before to say he had arrived. Very good for me given a busy schedule is an understatement for our lives. Casey worked very hard, their photos were excellent and they took their time to do it right. Casey is a rare find in an industry often filled with "quick sales" and "commission hunters".
