Cass grew up in West Gippsland, Victoria. Having had an early love of Real Estate and completing her first flip on a bank repossession at auction before she was 20, she always knew that Real Estate was where her passion really laid.
Cass moved to WA in 2006 for love, meeting and marrying Ryan. Moving from Victoria into South Guildford and setting into the West Australian way of life. Firstly working within the racing industry, she always knew one day, eventually, her path would lead to Real Estate.
After spending a Christmas with her in-laws who had just moved to Secret Harbour they soon knew that this was the place that felt like home, that was where they wanted to raise their kids. Returning home saw the South Guildford house hit the market pretty quickly.
Cass met Clarissa on her search for Real Estate in Secret Harbour, straight away finding a strong bond and friendship during the process, with Clarissa securing their dream home which at the time had been removed from the market but managed to get the sale together. Pretty soon Cass would join Clarissa as a real estate agent.
In 2013/14 Cass finished 3rd for REIWA Rookie of the year in her first year of sales, going on to sell over 38 million in property sales before taking maternity leave from sales in late 2016. During a small stint away from sales Cass extended her knowledge of the industry by working for 2 years in a highly successful settlement agency. Further to this, she is entering her last semester of a Ba Commerce, double major in Accounting and Business Law and has achieved a spot on the Vice Chancellors list in Semester 1, 2021 where her results placed her in the top 1% of Curtin University worldwide.
Cass is extremely passionate about the industry, compliance and building relationships and the future has never seemed so exciting as she gets to venture into the Coastal Realty WA Agency and together creates something special, that we are proud to call our own, and that we are proud to have our clients experience what we have created.
